Site Rules
Okay, I don't have a million and one rules, and there's not too many, so, please just take the time to read them, and be sure to follow them, because I don't have patients for those who can't follow a few simple rules.[/center]
1. This is my number one rule - and forever shall be - BE POLITE. The roleplayer; that character can be a total jerk, as long as you - the roleplayer - are polite. I don't expect everyone to get along, and really don't expect all the characters to be, like, BFF's or something, but, be civil and polite.
2. We are STRICTLY PG-13, not only because its a ProBoards thing, but because... Well, most of these characters are going to be between 15 and 18 years of age, and being only 16 myself, I'm not comfortable doing anything that's above PG-13 - unless it was for violence or something, I'm okay with writing that.
3. Since most characters on here will be Japanese, that's how the name should be arranged; family name and then given name, such as Fujioka Haruhi, NOT Haruhi Fujioka. If your character is half American or something, with an English last name, then put it the way it should be. Like, I have an OC named Mi Hyun Kirkland, being half Irish and half Korean, so her given name - Mi Hyun - goes first.
4. No canons. We take place the year after the twins and Haruhi graduated, so, every canon should have graduated. We have no canon characters, and no characters with any relation the canons, with the exception of the Hosts, who were chosen by the former Host Club members. Get it? Good.
5. Advertisements are to be put in the proper board, and no where else. Not in the chatbox, not in your signature, no where but the advertising board.
6. You need a signature, or at least an avatar. Avatars are to be 100px by 100px, and signatures no bigger than 600 px by 300 px.
7. We don't have a post count, but, be able to make a decent post, and try and post what your partner did. Starters will probably be longer of course, but, don't let it get any less than a short paragraph; at least three sentences. Not that hard is it?
8. Try and keep the male to female ratio even. For every two males, a female and vice versa.
9. As soon as possible after you've been accepted, make your claims; face claim and character list and if your character is in any clubs, clubs as well. Do this before role playing, because if you don't your play by isn't taken and its open to anyone who might want them.
